Mixed Delivery Specialist (Full-time)
FirstSpark is looking to hire a full-time Mixed Delivery Specialist to coordinate the implementation of Virginia’s Ready Region Mixed Delivery program grant for FS. The Specialist provides support and resources for early childhood providers (child care centers, family day homes, and preschool programs) participating in MD. The Specialist ensures early childhood sites selected for MD participation meet program requirements and coordinates the enrollment and verification process of eligible children/parents for program participation at participating sites. The Specialist provides ongoing monitoring and support to ensure site compliance.

Virginia Quality Birth to Five (VQB5) Specialist (Part-time)
FirstSpark is looking to hire a part time VQB5 Specialist who will implement all aspects of VQB5, the state unified measurement and quality improvement system. The Specialist will also work with the team to monitor all VQB5 quality assurance activities for compliance and specific data needed by VDOE. The Specialist may also schedule observations, maintain observation records, and prepare contracts.
