While this line of work is extremely rewarding, it can also come with stressors of its own. This workshop will review the signs and causes of burnout as well as provide action steps to help manage the effects. Making changes which will increase motivation to take on each new day will be explored. Ideas and strategies which promote positive stress management for child care professionals and the connection it has to an increased level of quality care for infants and toddlers will be discussed.
